United Nations Headquarters Renovations

The United Nations Headquarter Building required upgrading of its facilities as well as using the opportunity to re-think its organisational structure by reviewing the space requirements for its agencies in Botswana. Our role was to design a proposal that met the UN guidelines on space allocation and provide detailed drawings to establish the project cost in order to source the required funding to realise the project. The UN wanted to accommodate one additional agency in the Building, reduce its operating costs in Botswana through creating flexible working spaces for agencies as well as achieving the required technical upgrade of the facilities.
