Project
John Garang Memorial Teaching Hospital
The proposed tertiary referral hospital was to be the first of its kind for Juba, the capital city of South Sudan. The project consists of central administrative facilities, patients’ wards, a patient hotel and staff housing. The design and development of this facility was funded by international development agencies and the Government of South Sudan.
Our intention has been to create a building that reaches out to the modernity and technology offered by the future and does so with an introspective clasp towards the culture of its people, their identity and resolving the problems faced by the people of South Sudan.
